This website is operated by Vita Luxe. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, and we accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly a mistake, and we will refund anything you have paid. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Customs and import charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy, and cancellations and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours may look different on different screens. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. We may update these terms, and the version in force when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
