WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE COLLECT
Vita Luxe ("we", "us") runs vita-luxeshop.com and is the data controller of your personal data. Contact: supportvitaluxeshop@gmail.com. We collect the details you give us (name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history), technical data collected through cookies (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited). Payment details are handled by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers.
SHARING, USE AND YOUR RIGHTS
Our website platform (Wix), payment providers, our fulfilment and dropshipping suppliers (including DSers and the suppliers who pack and ship your order), delivery carriers, and analytics or advertising providers where you have accepted cookies. Some of these may be outside the UK, and where this happens we use the safeguards required by UK data protection law. We use your data to take, deliver and support your order (contract), to meet legal and tax duties, to prevent fraud and keep the shop secure (legitimate interests), and to send marketing emails only if you opt in (consent).
We keep order and tax records for 6 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
